Our Services

Corporate communications

Through research and analysis, we work with clients to develop and communicate key messages that define their business and create strategic advantage.

Media Relations

We assist our clients to develop and maintain relationships with the media that influence the markets they serve. Our clients are regular contributors to the international, national, sector and trade press, broadcast media and online platforms.

Issues Identification & Management

Our research team monitors, identifies and tracks newsworthy issues across a wide variety of sectors, to produce storylines for journalists and develop expert commentary, writing or speaking opportunities in press, broadcast and online media.

Thought Leadership

We research key market or sector-focused ideas and develop integrated campaigns that give our clients a competitive advantage and promote their intellectual capital among key stakeholders, influencers and markets.

Legal Directories & Awards Programme

Increasingly, prospective clients and international tenders require Tier 1 directory rankings as a tangible and objective measure of quality and excellence against competitors. Clients frequently outsource this programme to us as many firms are concerned that the breadth and quality of its services is not accurately reflected in its key legal directory rankings and they wish to correct this over time.

Litigation PR

We understand the legal and the trial process as well as what makes a good story in the media. We have substantial experience balancing our clients’ confidentiality with the public right to information. We advise clients how to control this flow of information and what they are, and are not, allowed to divulge at various stages of a trial. What to tell their employees, how to react to press briefings, how to deal with leaks of confidential information and most importantly, when to speak to the media. We are experts at briefing the media during the course of a trial or a crisis and helping to shape the public narrative in our clients’ favour.

Approach

"Brackenbury assist us with our PR efforts in a multitude of industry sectors, in the UK, and provide sound and solid advice and implementation in markets such as China and Japan as well. Though the working relationship is at a distance and cross border, the team make it work seamlessly and smoothly, to the great satisfaction of my team and the partners"
BD Director, Israeli law firm

Creative, Responsive, Intelligent

Our overriding objective is to take our clients’ messages to market – to ensure their operations, strengths, strategic objectives and commercial advantages are identified, communicated and understood.

Creative

We are proactive and constantly seek to create opportunities, researching ideas, themes and issues that deliver coverage and positions our clients in media that influences their target markets.

Responsive

We focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients and enjoy working with demanding, sophisticated businesses developing challenging, creative responses to their communications objectives.
